Parameters in the component database of the automatic placement machine:
 
At the beginning of the placement machine, it can be programmed through the mounting graphics of the circuit board. Because the local components are not standard components, that is, the exact component data can not be found in the specification database, the new component database may be difficult to achieve the purpose of correction by recognition on the machine (identifiable features, suction nozzle selection of components, camera identification lighting settings, feeder selection and component direction, etc.).
 
Mounting coordinates of components on the placement machine:
 
When the placement machine program is made, the coordinates in the program are obtained by the program machine, or by the program of other machines. Sometimes the circuit board coordinate data obtained by debugging and placement machine are only the mounting coordinates of the components, but not the coordinates of the reference points.
 
The model and direction of the feeder of the placement machine:
 
When the placement machine placement program is made, there are usually no components and packaging samples, when the feeder model and the direction of the component are determined, it is necessary to rely on previous experience; if the feeding center of some components is not consistent with the default of the feeder, the feeding position of the component feeder should be corrected and modified.
